Glasgow & West Scotland · Adult team socials

Give everyone
something to talk about.

Facilitator-led social deduction games that turn a room of colleagues into a room full of conversation. A different kind of team social — approachable, playful and structured, even for people who don't know each other well.

Ideal starting group: 8–18 adults · Approx. 90–120 minutes · Venue provided by client unless separately agreed
The offer

Not another awkward
networking exercise.

Our hosted format gives people shared characters, decisions and moments to discuss, without relying on small-talk confidence or prior gaming experience.

01 / TEAMS

Company team socials

An engaging after-work activity or away-day segment for small adult teams, facilitated for your group at a suitable indoor room.

02 / AGENCIES

Event agency supplier

Looking for an icebreaker or social deduction activity for a client brief? Send the group size, venue, timing and budget for a tailored scope.

03 / COMMUNITIES

Commissioned group sessions

A hosted conversation-led social activity for adult member groups, resident engagement programmes and community organisations with activity budgets.

How it works

We bring the format.
You bring the people.

A simple way to host something memorable without turning your team into event planners.

  • Share your brief. Tell us your date, location, group size, and available budget.
  • Agree a written scope. We confirm the facilitator, materials, room requirements and total fee before booking.
  • Let the conversation start. A beginner-friendly hosted game gives your group a reason to participate together.

Delivery is subject to facilitator availability, an appropriate space and a confirmed written agreement. No venue is included by default.

Our purpose

A social enterprise with
connection at its heart.

Neighbours to Friends CIC is a Scottish community interest company developing recurring face-to-face activities to help reduce loneliness among adults. Our paid facilitated events are a separate sustainability offer from our free community nights. Both are designed around giving people an easy way to interact.
